The terms of service below govern the use of the services available on the Mediaz portal, owned by Mediaz, a brazilian company registered under CNPJ No. 37.770.715/0001-33, and are used by the users. For the purposes of these terms of service, when “Mediaz,” “we,” “our,” or “ours” is mentioned, we are referring to the Mediaz portal.

In contrast, when “user,” “you,” “your,” “customer,” or “yours” is used, we are referring to the data subject.

Our website is a credit card content aggregator and recommender of credit card-related content for our users. This service is offered free of charge to all users who access our platform.

1 – Access and Use of Services

Initially, for the use of the Services provided through Mediaz, no user registration or sign-up is required (referred to as Open Services). However, Mediaz also offers some Services that require the user to register and/or sign up for their use (referred to as Closed Services).

To access Closed Services, when filling out the registration and/or sign-up forms, the user must provide information as part of the process. The user agrees and declares that the provided information is true and correct, and it is their responsibility to keep all information updated on our portal. On the contrary, the user will be liable for false or incorrect statements provided that may cause harm or damage to Mediaz or third parties.

The user agrees and commits, under any circumstances:

  1. Not to access, or attempt to access, any Service or environment through any means other than the interface provided by Mediaz, including through automated means.
  2. Not to engage in any process or activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of the Services, servers, and networks connected to Mediaz’s Services.
  3. Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, market, or resell Mediaz’s Services in any way, unless specifically authorized under a contract signed with Mediaz.

However, the user agrees that they are solely responsible for any failure to fulfill their commitments and obligations under these Terms and for all the above, acknowledging that Mediaz has no liability to them or third parties. The user shall be liable for all consequences, such as loss, damage, or harm suffered by Mediaz and/or third parties as a result of non-compliance.

Mediaz does not control External Pages, and therefore does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for any kind of loss, damage, or harm arising from: the functioning, availability, accessibility, or continuity of these pages; the maintenance of services, information, data, files, products, and any type of material existing on external pages; the provision or transmission of services, information, data, files, products, and any type of material existing on linked websites; the quality, legality, reliability, and usefulness of the services, information, data, files, products, and any type of material existing on External Pages.

5 – Changes in Terms of Services

We are always striving for the best for our users and customers; therefore, Mediaz may occasionally change the Terms of Services.

Therefore, the user should constantly check the Terms of Services page so that, if they disagree with the changes, they can contact Mediaz or simply discontinue the use of the platform.

6 – Applicable Law

These Terms of Services are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute that must be discussed judicially shall be judged by the laws of this country and in its courts. The city of Mossoró, State of Rio Grande do Norte, is hereby elected as the exclusive competent jurisdiction.
